  1. Hello, We are reseller for Klipsch products (mainly headphones) from the Netherlands. Now our dealer stopped selling the brand (Mika Distribution) and we got a new dealer (Havoned). Our first dealer refused any form of service (as they don't distribute the brand anymore, thus have no replacement(parts) and our new dealer refused to service the products sold by the old dealer.. - What's legal? - Who's responsible?
