  1. https://www.ebth.com/categories/3217-stereo-and-audio-equipment-stereo-equipment Emotiva, McIntosh, Oppo, SVS, Velodyne and lots more. Being auctioned off this week.
  2. Anyone familiar with the Emotiva UPA-700? Found a deal in my area ($400) for the 7ch by 80Watts(8ohms) amp. Worth it? I already have my denon x6400. Wondering if it’s worth it to pick this up and power my front sound stage with the UPA-700?
  3. Hi there, currently looking for an amplifier (integrated or separate) for my RF-82 II's. After some time searching i have found the integrated Yamaha A-S801 or separate Emotiva BasX PT-100 and BasX A-300 that both seems like a good match. Any opinions on these, or any other amps that would be a good match in the same price range? Both are around 1200$ in my country.
  4. Hey fellow Klipsch enthusiasts. It has been awhile since my last post. I bought this amplifier to add to my Cambridge Audio 551r which I no longer own. Original box included. 3 month old amp. Full transferable warranty ( 5 years left) http://www.outlawaudio.com/products/5000.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIuI-qjpLx2AIVh4vICh1SGQMVEAQYASABEgI21vD_BwE
  5. The DAC itself has very little time on it. Just an hour or so. It was a new replacement unit for my old DAC that Emotiva sent me. Remote has small scratches and wear on it mainly on the front (some letters are faded on it). It works. Please look at the pictures for more detail. Comes with power cord and remote, Original boxes. $150 shipped CONUS. Paypal. If anybody is not familiar with this DAC it has full class A output. No op amps in signal path. Fully Balanced. Volume control. 1 AES, 2 digital RCA coax, 2 optical, 1 USB. All inputs do 24 bit 192 KHz PCM except for the USB which is limited to 16/48. PM me. Note: I know I'm new here. But I am garbulky from the Emotiva forums, long time member. I've posted it there too. If you want confirmation it's me, just PM me there. Here's my original posting. http://emotivalounge.proboards.com/post/896943/thread

  7. Hi gang, I was going to set this amp up in my daughter's bedroom but she really doesn't have much interest in it so I am going to sell it instead. I would rather see it go to a new home than sit in a box.UPA-200 - Brand new never opened. I have opened the outside double box but never the inside box so it is still factory sealed. $300 shipped with insurance to the CONUS. I prefer Paypal gift but may be able to work with you. I have bought and sold plenty here in the forum so you can feel confident in this transaction. 8. Hi gang, I was going to set this up in my daughter's bedroom but she really has no interest so I would rather see it go to a good home where someone can make use of it.This is a Gen 2 XDA-2 Preamp/DAC/Headphone Amplifier with the black trim and the slim line remote. I have used it paired with some Outlaw Audio mono block amps which I just sold this week. With the Gen 2 XDA-2 it sounds like Emotiva worked out any of the bugs the first Gen had as far as USB although I couldn't tell you as I have never paired it with a PC or laptop. I used this strictly for 2.2 channel with the RCA outputs going to a pair of subs and the XLR outputs going to the Outlaws and on to a pair of speakers. The headphone amp works really well and this DAC is very nice as well. $225 shipped with insurance to the CONUS. I prefer Paypal gift but may be able to work with you. I have bought and sold plenty here in the forum so you can feel confident in this transaction. Private Message me if you need anything! Thanks, Tim The XDA-2 connects to all your digital music sources-computer, media player, CD transport, and more-and delivers audiophile-quality sound. With its precision analog resistor ladder volume control that maintains resolution even at low volumes, the XDA-2 is an ideal digital preamp. At the same time, its discrete, high-current headphone amplifier drives headphones with authority. The XDA-2 is the ideal way to enhance the sound quality of virtually any audio system. No matter your digital source-or sources-the XDA-2 is ready, with multiple optical and coaxial inputs, as well as 24/192 USB for easy connection to your computer. Emotiva's Differential Reference topology, combined with an asynchronous sample rate converter to remove jitter, delivers exceptional sound quality. Coupled with the convenience of a front-panel alphanumeric display and a full-function machined aluminum remote control, there's no better value in DACs today. The nerve center of your modern digital audio system.Product InformationProduct Dimensions 22 x 6 x 19 inchesItem Weight 16.1 poundsShipping Weight 16.1 pounds
  9. fellow K-Heads, i need some advice....i have not listened to the new speakers, RP-260F and RP-440C. has anyone who has listened to the original RF7/RC7 and the ones i'm considering have an opinion on the comparison? i'm asking this because someone has an interest in buying my set up. i understand mine are modified and not modified like any other on this forum, so a base line is hard to have. what i'm struggling with is, once my "babies" are gone, they are gone. i've spent so much time, energy, and money one them, their value to me is much higher than resale. as i type this, even if the potential owner would give me super high end, top dollar, what i would sell them for, i don't think i would. i never thought i would feel this way about speakers. so in a nut shell, are the "new" speakers any good? worth the switch? i know Klipsch is a business and they need to keep designing new stuff to sell, so i do get it. thanks for any advice.....
  10. http://stores.ebay.com/jadedesign?rmvSB=true Some really nice electronics. Pretty fair prices too. I always find myself tempted by those Sherbourn PA 7 350's and PA 7-150's.
  11. Earlier than I ever expected the garage system starts to rock 2016. Thank God that ground hog saw his shadow!! Mark
  12. Hi guys, I recently acquired another UPA-1 that I was going to use for a center speaker but with my new XPA-5 it now becomes expendable. It works flawlessly but has a few smudges and imperfections. I believe it puts out 200 wpc @8ohms and offers both balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA's. Here are some Googled pictures of the front and back as I cannot find my camera right now. I have bought and sold many things here in the forum. Asking $200 shipped in the lower 48. PM me if interested! Thanks, Tim
  13. From the album: 3.1

RF-7's, RC-7, UMC-1, XPA-3, SUNFIRE TRUE BOB CARVER SIGNATURE 12" SUB, FURMAN 20PFI, PS3, WII, CUSTOM MADE ET CENTER, ALL CUSTOM CABLES. this is my new 3.1 set up. i moved into this new "open floor plan" home and have no way of adding any surrounds. sure, i could place one in non-optimum positions, but that won't mean i'll get a turn "surround" sound. i'll get 5-7 speakers that make noise! before the comments roll in, yes, there is a plan to "upgrade" the 42" TV to something nicer. it's been 6 months, so isn't it time to upgrade your tv? lmao! i had this TV when i moved into a very small duplex and 42" was (literally) the biggest TV that would fit. any bigger, the front door would smack the edge. i'm thinking of 60"+. i have pics on here with a smaller living room wall (7.1 set up) and a 50" TV, and that even looks a little small.
  14. http://www.avsforum....components.html Emotiva just announce through AVS forum a new product line that may be of interest to some of you. Link above Tim
  15. I am starting to get to the point in my HT build that I'm nitpicking electronics purchases. I have decided on my PJ and an oppo105D. So video is done. For the rack- I'm leaning heavily towards Emotiva XMC1 with the XPR5. I like the look, and it's higher build quality within my price range.... However- I have no idea what the thoughts are on these products with my setup. Reviewers seem to rave about the xmc & xpr. In the communities opinion- are these top performers for the dollar? Or should I steer clear. With a fully treated room (acoustic solutions) 4 RF7ii's (front and rear) 1 RF64ii (center) Dual 15's Room is 16x25

  17. stores.ebay.com/jadedesign/ Emotiva's Ebay store is having a black Friday sale. Lots of great deals if anyone is shopping!
  18. Everything is SOLD except for the emo xpa-5. He is asking 650 and amp is located in Kansas City but can be taken to Des Moines Iowa this weekend if that makes it easier for someone. hey guys, currently i am rocking rs-52's in my living room. i have a buddy local that has some rs-62's for sale. i was gonna snag em after another buddy told me he would buy mine. fast forward two months and my buddy has not commited to buying my 52's and the guy with the 62's now needs money. i feel obligated to either hurry and sell mine or pass on what i feel is a good deal on the 62's. my 52's have a tiny bit of damage on the top of one at the very back from when i mounted it and it nicked against the ancient thermostat in my living room. the other is mint. i would be looking to get 350 out of them. the 62's my buddy has says they are mint, i have not see them but believe him as he has probably the nicest theater i have ever been in. he is looking for 500 out of them. neither mine or his have original boxes so shipping would be tough but probably still doable. he also has a mint condition 1st gen xpa-5 for sale as well. says it has about 5 movies watched on it. so lets say 10-12 hours. mint condition as well and i think he has the box for it. transferrable warranty on it obviously from emotive. he is wanting 650 for it. i can get any pics for anyone if there are some interests shown. otherwise i dont care too much to post pics of something that everyone here knows exactly what it looks like. like i said just trying to help a buddy out since i kind of spoke for his speakers when he could have been trying on his own to sell them for a couple months. cant afford to buy them without selling mine first. oh both surrounds are first gen, not the second ones. location is kansas city.
