  1. Hi guys, Selling a mint condition, modified MC30L tube integrated, 2-channel amplifier. About a year old. Very light use. I replaced all 8 preamp tubes with GE 5654’s and all 4 driver tubes with matched quad Russian Tung Sol, EL-34’s. Including a Signal Cable power cord. It was driving my Klipsch RF7iii’s, and sounded amazing but I just bought a Primaluna EVO 400. Asking $800. I’ll deliver within 50 miles of Boston, MA.
  2. Hi All I am looking for an integrated amplifier for my Forte IIIs. It will be very helpful for me if any of the members here is using Luxman with Klipsch and could guide me. I have no way to demo Luxman near me so I have to rely on feedback and user experience. What I am looking for is laid back, warm and dynamic output at low volumes. My music taste is old western classical, jazz/rock, country songs. I am torn between Luxman Class A, A/B and tubes. I am bit reluctant to go with tube amp because I never had any tube amp and I am bit scared of its delicate nature, maintenance and itch of tube rolling. I know most people recommend tube amps with Klipsch. Is this the consensus here? What about Luxman as a brand overall? I heard heating issues with Class A amp in general. I do not have air conditioning in my listening room and summers here are as hot as 40+ deg Hope to hear something from experienced guys over here and help me choose the right equipment. Thanks Vivek

  4. SOLD! BEAUTIFUL looks and sound! Marantz PM-11S1 Solid-State Integrated. 100Wx2 (8 ohms). Truly flawless, pristine condition. Built like a tank Very smooth sounding unit. As tubey as solid state can get. No grain, no grit, great deep tight bass with a lush mid-range and smooth extended highs. Sounds incredible with my La Scalas and did with my Khorns too! This is the best sounding Solid-State piece I have ever had by far. You will LOVE it. Been away from tubes for about two years and want to go back. Wish I could afford to get back into tubes AND keep the Marantz, can't swing it. Comes with original remote, manual and power corn which are also pristine. I DO NOT have the box. Son ran over with the car and crushed when I was re-arranging the garage last year. Will pack well. I am the second owner. Owned for two years. Do not know how old the unit is but you can tell it has had a very easy, clean, soft, well cared for life. $1600.00. I will cover insured shipping in the CONUS and PayPal fees. 5. Item: Bottlehead Stereomour SET amp w/ impedance switch kit Price: $750 + shipping SOLD Location: Franklin, PA 16323 Payment: PayPal (FF or +3%) Trades: High quality preamp to mate with Jeff Rowland Model 112 I bought this not long ago, but my system has taken a turn in a different direction (non SET friendly speakers). I got a great deal on this setup, and I'd like to pass that same deal on to someone else. The tubes alone are a nearly $600 value! The Stereomour looks great and sounds even better. It puts out ~3.5 wpc which is enough for my old Tekton Lores in a medium/large size room. Match it with a preamp with a little gain (I happen to have one of those too, if you're interested) and you'll have plenty of volume. There are a couple dings in the top of the walnut base. See photos. The JJ's are a little loose in the socket, but the other tubes are nice and snug. Here's what's included: Stereomour amp w/ impedance switch kit and furniture quality walnut base 10 different new and NOS driver tubes ($10-$15/ea) JJ 2A3-40 output tubes ($260 new) Electro Harmonix 2A3 Gold output tubes ($130 new) Sovtek 2A3 output tubes ($100 new) Shorting plugs for setting hum pots Additional walnut base w/ Bottlehead logo Bottlehead Stereomour amp and Tekton Lore speakers by Audio Database, on Flickr Stereomour and JJ 2A3-40's by Audio Database, on Flickr Bottlehead Stereomour and Custom 12sn7 Preamp by Audio Database, on Flickr IMG_20170805_081103 by Audio Database, on Flickr IMG_20170805_081113 by Audio Database, on Flickr IMG_20170721_170801 by Audio Database, on Flickr IMG_20170721_170832 by Audio Database, on Flickr IMG_20170721_170840 by Audio Database, on Flickr IMG_20170721_170902 by Audio Database, on Flickr IMG_20170721_170918 by Audio Database, on Flickr IMG_20170721_170929 by Audio Database, on Flickr
