  1. I recently got an RSB-6 sound bar for use in my bedroom. When I first connected it to my TCL 55" Roku TV it worked great and had good sound. I connected it via HDMI CEC using the ARC input on my TV. In order to get sound, the soundbar was set to it's HDMI input, this made sense. Once I was done setting it up, I powered the TV off which also powered the soundbar down. I powered the TV back on and the soundbar came on, then I turned the TV off again and the sound bar went off again. So far so good. The next time I turned the TV on was maybe 7-8 hours later. I powered my TV on, just as before my TV shut it's speakers off because it detected it was connected to the soundbar, however the sound bar didn't power on. When I tried to turn the sound bar on using the Klipsch remote, it still would not power on. I had to unplug the power adapter from the sound bar and plug it back in to get it to turn on. It seemed to work fine again after that. I could turn the sound bar on/off when I powered the TV on/off. However, if the soundbar sat in it's off state for too long, the only way to get it to power on again was to unplug it's power chord and plug it back in. I checked for a firmware update and found one. I updated the sound bar to the latest version. After doing so, I no longer got sound. This was puzzling until I switch the sound bars input to "TV" then I was able to get sound. So before the firmware update the sound bar had to be set to HDMI input and after the update it had to be set to TV input. Weird but whatever. So I did the same thing, waited many hours to see if it would power on after being off. It seemed to work fine for about 2 days, but now it's doing the same thing. Won't power on via the TV being powered on or the Klipsch remote. Power cycle only. Is there anything else I can do? Your help/advice is appreciated.
  2. I have a RSB-6 soundbar & use it a few time a week. I am very disappointed with the tiny credit card sized remote control. One by one the buttons have stopped working. Now it has stopped working all together. Unfortunately there are many functions of the unit only available from the remote (ie: sub volume). I've hated this thing from day one. When watching in a dark room I need to get out a flashlight just to see what the buttons are... This brings me to my question: Is it possible to get an upgraded remote for this thing? One with real buttons perhaps? I can go on e-bay & get another one, but I'd love to have one that is easier to use. ... I know I can control volume with my other remotes, but I want to be able to set the mode to dialog and adjust my subwoofer volume. Thanks for any input you all may have to offer!
  3. I just bought a used RDB-6 soundbar with wireless sub on ebay. Can I alao pair the sub drom the SB 3 to the aoundbar and have two subs? Or can I at least just connect the SB 3 aub alone?
  4. I have my new RSB-6 connected to my TV via HDMI cables and it does not work, no audio at all. I connected via Digital Optical and it works. Then I tried connecting my Iphone 6 via Bluetooth. NOTHING! I'm not used to Klipsch giving me such headaches. Any suggestions would be very helpful.
  5. Just bought a Klipsch RSB-6 Sound bar system with wireless subwoofer. Subwoofer paired one time but after a few minutes just cut off. There are no longer any lights on speaker burning. The manual shows a button (to hold down) and a light (which supposed to flash until it pairs and then burns solid). There is no button on this speaker to push. Bottom line, the Woofer is off and cannot get it back on. Another forum says to unplug for a while, then reconnect and also check the connections to ensure nothing had come loose. Done both of those with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  6. I just got a Klipsch RSB-6 Soundbar. Everything is working fine except that it sometimes spontaneously switches over to Bluetooth mode. I suspect it is connecting with one of the phones in my house or with my laptop (all of which I have paired with the soundbar). How do I make these unwanted connections stop happening without unpairing my devices?
