  1. I have a vintage marantz 2250b receiver that I currently run a vintage dual turntable off of with Vintage JBL 4312s that I’m not a huge fan of. I also have two Sonos speakers that are connected and I stream music from Spotify and pandora that way. I’d like to replace the JBLs but I’m trying to decide whether I want to go vintage again with Klipsch speakers or if I would rather buy some of the newer reboot Klipsch Heritage series So that I have brand new speakers. My question is - is it possible to run the newer Klipsch speakers, say the Heresy IV off of a vintage receiver. Sorry if these are dumb questions. I’m new to this game.
  2. I'm building a new house and I'm installing 5 R-2650-CSM II IN-CEILING SPEAKER for the sound system in the great room; 3 in the front and two in the back. What subwoofer option is the best to pair with these speakers? Bonus question - what AV receiver characteristics should I look for with these speakers? Thanks,
  3. Hello! Brand new to this page, and for this specific reason! I am moving out of my house soon and decided to see what I was going to bring with me. My dad left speakers, and little did I know until about an hour ago these big guys are Forte IIs. With what I have read, they seem to be pretty decent too! But I have NOOOOOO CLUE how to set these up. I am used to aux cords, and usb to hear music, so I'm pretty dumb founded with these weird looking wires lol.. I really want to hook them up and get them playing some music/for movies (if thats normal). Any advice on how to set them up would be greatly appreciated... if the sound doesn't blow me away and is not worth it to me, just going to sell them as i do need money! Any advice would be great! Thanks again. Cheers!
