  1. Hi ! Today I received my brand new "The One", unfortunately the battery seems to be dead! When plugged it works well (and the sound is really good) but when unplugged I immediately get the red LED blinking indicating battery is lower than 20%, despite having let it plugged for hours. Then in a matter of minutes the speaker just switches off. Did anyone have this kind of problem with The One ? I shipped it back to my Hi-Fi seller to get a replacement. Hopefully this is an isolated case!
  2. Hi wonderful people, I just purchased last night the i I’ve mentioned speaker from a high end boutique exclusive dealer in Milan, Italy... no just kidding got this wonderful speaker at Walmart believe it or not; and I am having trouble. when I choose to play a different song or even if the music app itself simply glides into the next trac, the speaker goes silent. I am using the iPhone 12 Pro along with iTunes. I turned off Airplay and still nothing helped to resolve this issue. what shall I do? Is this a sign that degenerate poverty stricken commoners such as I, needeth not dare to venture into the murky real of high-end quality audio? thanks to all who are so kind to help, sincerely, Jesse
  3. I'm trying to get some help with my The One bluetooth speaker that doesn't seem to be holding a charge. I can charge it for hours and it plays fine. But if I charge it and let it sit a day or two it goes dead. Can't figure out how to contact support on the website, and the Facebook page blocked me for posting my problem which I simply find sad.
  4. So I talked a buddy of mine into buying The Three as his wife has banned big old stereo equipment from her brand new living room. He and his old school stereo will be banished to a loft with the obligatory mega TV. His kids stream via Spotify, which the excellent review posted in the Klipsch Announcements forum advocated for use with The Three. My question is, it states in the review that additional The Three units can be placed throughout the house and linked together, can The Three also link with The One? Are there other Klipsch Wireless speakers that could be used in concert with The Three? Thanks in advance for any help, I am a bit out of my league with this whole new fangled contraption.
