Mr Tech
I know this is a long shot but it doesn't hurt to ask. My father recently acquired a Hammond chord organ, type S-6, form B. It is missing 1 tube from what appears to be a power transformer. Anyone familiar with this organ, or know where a tube schematic might be found ? JL Sargent
Anyone familiar with this organ, or know where a tube schematic might be found ? Thanks Hi, you need to check out the "hammond zone" forum at Yahoo Groups. All kinds of great help there and those schematics may be available. philipbarrett
Here's a B3 schematic, if the tube's in the power supply it'll almost certainly be a 6X4 & is missing because they are somewhat failiure prone! edit : sorry huge schematic

Thanks Phil, Yes the missing tube is in the power supply which has 2 tube soockets. The tube that is there is a 5U4 and the other socket definitely takes a different tube.Do you think the missing tube should be a 6X4 ? Thanks again for the help. Wade
