hornloaded_newb
So, I went garage saleing as I always do on the weekends...heres what I saw. 2 pioneer turds...each with a 8 inch "full range" woofersesque speaker and one of those tweeters that look like a transistor radio speaker...complete with "see through" grilles. These 2 jewels were priced at 35 dollars. Below them were a MINT set of "some sort of Klipsch speakers" I didnt know what they were, but I knew they were old school. They were marked... 30 dollars Ill give you all a moment to catch your breath... So I asked him about them, casually ...trying not to show much interest. He said he hasnt used them in a while, but "THE WOOD HAS TO BE WORTH 30 BUCKS" I offered 20, he said "well how about 22.50?" I paused just a second to reach in my pocket and he says "OK, if your gonna twist my arm" So he helps me load them up and I had no idea what I even bought, or if they worked. I was surprised to find everything inside as nice as they looked and hooked them up. They sounded great! They are Heresy E, and I think Im hooked now, not to mention they seem to be worth a bit on ebay. Anyway, Im new here and thanks for listening.
