Then some leftover turkey and ham at work as I had to go back in to the office and test an update on the system. FTP SSL Certificate Fun with Regina and Anne. Try to make it sound fun anyway. Regina reloads or in the this case removes unnecessay expred or soon to expire certificates. Anne recycles (stops, starts, not haul to the curb) FTP on both LPARS (Itty Bitty Machine speak for logical computer partitions or divisions wiithin the system). Ben tests. Works as expected and as it did before Regina and Anned did their thing. Ben is done. Regina and Anne still on phone with Tom from England, who has to wait to get his fully completed until tomorrow as Anne could not get all the required approvals for whatever he needed, maybe recycle FTP on another system. Along with some other guy whose name I didn't catch. But not Some Guy. It wan't Pete (another work story... the former Man Cube morphed into Rita, Della, Maria, and Some Guy. At least that's what one of the client's called Pete when somebody was asking who thy last talked to. Some Guy was there response. Not to be confused with Some Guy's pizza (our Blenheim supplier). Then brought home some wonderful ham, the ham and turkey from a local meat market, along with a couple of Hawaiin rolls from the leftovers at work. I was thinking like King's Hawaiin Rolls - stay fresh for months. Maybe. But these not King's and pineapple flavored. A bit when pulling apart could be interesting. Too sweet for the ham and cheese. Not sure about pineapple flavored rolls. Needs some good old simple crusty Italian or even French bread. Some chips too - wavy, barbecued, cheese puffs, pretzels - but I ate all of those before I got home. Almost grabbed some crackers. Was thinking I needed some cheese for the ham then remembered at least a lb of mozeralla in the fridge, some parmesen to grate on it, some store brand pizza sauce Sam's was out of Red Gold diced tomatoes earlier this week.... pretty much harvested now must've just run out before this fall's crop? Drizzled with a bit of extra virgin olive oil. From Sam's. Bertolli. Nothing terribly exciting. Close to this morning. I think out of the oven at about 11:53 PM. [:$] Random acts of sauceing. Groomlakearea51 Posted January 15, 2012 Share Posted January 15, 2012 Greek Death dip, salad dressing, general lubricant for small engines..... 1 cup of greek yogurt 1 cup of sour cream 4 ounces cream cheese 2 tablespoons of dill weed 4 tablespoons of olive oil 2 teaspoons of cayenne 4 tablespoons of crushed garlic 2 tablespoons of black peppercorns 2 ounces of chopped parsley 2 ounces of chopped basil 4 chopped jalapenos or hot chili peppers of your choice 1 teaspoon of minced onion or onion powder mix really good....... some hard deli salami on triscuits; topped with a heaping teaspoon of above Greek Death. The kids, young adults, and police and maybe oher start congregating at Dan's at 1 Am for fresh donuts. Tuesday night's supper ... would make a fine snack. Grilled provolone and deli chicken on multigrain bread with parmiagana regiano with pork rinds For lunch Wednesday added leftover marinara made with Indiana's RedGold tomatos ... and more parmagiaa regiano Not pretty but very tasty.
