I feel more than a bit stupid asking, however, but can anyone tell me how to attach the clothes clip to the mic / volume control? Can't seem to find instructions anywhere.... Find a point on the cable you want the clip, bend the cable into itself to form a small loop. on the backside of the clip there is a plastic hook, pull the loops onto the hoop. DevBhatt Posted July 31, 2017 Share Posted July 31, 2017 Sorry to revive this old topic I just got a new xr8i and i am also a bit confused on the clothes clip... i've done it and attached a picture, is it correct? thanks in advance for the replies. the reason im worried is that it seems to be a very tight fit in the hook, and im worried this may damage the wires.
