Rivernuggets
Hi all, I've been a Klipsch fan for about 10 years now, but have just hopped onto this Klipsch Community. Have a question that's been in my mind for a while now. Looking at the specs for some expensive models (P-37F for example ) the frequency response seems to be starved in the low end. My technical knowledge will show here, but does the 'low frequency extension' make up for that? And how so? How does LFE in the P series differ from the RF-7's response going down to 32 hz? Thanks in advance for your knowledge.
russ69
Don't worry too much about specifications, they will not tell you how a speaker sounds. Low frequency specs are difficult to measure and compare to real world installations (non-anechoic). Don't but a speaker by the spec sheet, take some time and listen to the speakers you are interested in, that's the best way. Thanx, Russ
