dgoreck
This came across my CNN news feed yesterday. Started to watch it, and just finished it up. http://www.cnn.com/2010/WORLD/asiapcf/02/08/vbs.north.korea/index.html?hpt=C2 The CNN video is like the 3-4 parts of the documentary. Rest can be viewed at the vbs.tv site. It's a very interesting and scary look into North Korea. (note: not looking for any politcal discussion; its just an interesting news story)
BigStewMan
I heard this radio host say that one time donald rumsfeld said if you wanted to see the difference between North & South Korea--the effect their governments have had on their countries; look at a satelite image taken at night. The radio host said when he did--South Korea was all lit up, like most inhabitated parts of the world, and North Korea was mostly all black. Islander
They don't even have electricity for traffic lights, so they have attractive traffic wardens to direct traffic. During the day, it's kind of quaint, but at night with no streetlights, it must be fairly dangerous for the wardens. jheis
Perhaps we should drop Donald Rumsfeld on North Korea. Peferably from a great height. James
