liebherr954
I just picked up Valleys of Neptune, what a great CD! This is my first Jimi Hendrix cd, honestly Ive only listened to a few of his songs, all I can say is wow. I didn't really know what to expect but I know I'm hooked now, I think I might start off with his earlier releases and see how it pans out. oldmako
To me, the worst Jimi Hendrix recording out there is still worth owning. Some days I just need a long loud fix.
gartenman
I added this album to my collection last October. It is a three album set. It is well worth the investment. Band of Gypsys Live at the Fillmore East 1970 Awesome set, I own and it's my favorite.
russ69
Band of Gypsys is solid Hendrix. You might also want to consider the Otis Reading/Jimi Hendrix Monterey Pop album. It's only half Hendrix but good early Jimi.
