Are these horns from a Klipsch speaker?

Not having any information about the driver will make it very difficult to reccomed for a project. The horns are very similar to Klipsch, but originals probably have a klipsch logo on them. Those Horns might work well for building a Cornwall clone.

I'm not sure the horn is not from a Cornwall. Which would be a K-600?

The casting marks on the side sure look like a Klipsch product. Maybe someone here can confirm that the pattern of the screw holes match what is used in a CW. That would be a good indicator IMHO.

At is it aluminum?

The Cornwall is 15.5 inches deep from what I read. If you subtract out 0.75 and 0.75 inches for the front and back panels we get 14 inches of available depth in the box. Therefore I would expect the length from the mouth to the back of the driver to be maybe 0.25 shorter. If that works, then I'd definitely start suspecting that is what you have.

The driver is the Atlas PDMR, the ceramic prototype of the solder terminal K55V.

Atlas got stuck with a ton of these when Klipsch refused to accept them, and went with the EV sourced K55M.

I bought a few at about $24 direct from Atlas.

To me, the casting of the outside of that horn looks too rough for Klipsch .... (even for a K600[:#]) ?? Looks to have been ground down. ???
