peshewah
That pretty much says it all. I seen a pair for sell at a good price. I never heard of them. They are 4 way speakers. I left a message and hope they call me back. I hope they are a diamond in the rough.
JL Sargent
Seems like B&A were an electronics supplier/retailer. They sold radios, intercom systems, speaker kits, speakers, etc. Those speakers may be Karlsons or similar made for them.
tube fanatic
Burstein-Applebee was, if I recall correctly, in Kansas City back in the sixties. They were similar to Lafayette Radio, Olson, Radio Shack, etc. in that they sold various parts and components. Like the other companies, they had their own house brand of speakers, among other things. I can't tell you anything about how they might sound; but, if they're cheap enough why not try them out for fun?
