Best sub Match for KLF H.T.

Im wondering what sub would be best to suite my system. Looking at the JBL 118S (power that with my Berhinger EP4000) But im concerned with the Feq.range (-10 db 38-300hz) Also looking @ the RT-10 D, and the RW-12D.... HMMMM. I have a tight budget in the $600-$700 range. I can pick up the RT-10 D for $650

Use to have KLF 20s & C7 center with a RSW 12 in 16 x 16 x 8 room that worked outstanding!! I would think the RW 12 would be similar if not better than the RSW 12.

How big of a room do you have? Someone else can comment on the newer subs out there.

elemental designs subs are cheap and go down to 18hz, some go as low or lower than 15hz (i think those need an eq to do that though). any sub matches any system. you shouldn't be able to tell where the bass is coming from anyway. the only decision you need to make is do you want a sub for HT or music purposes. i am not an sub expert but from what i understand the subs that work the best for music are the most expencive.

I would think the RW 12 would be similar if not better than the RSW 12.

I might be wrong here but I believe the RSW-12 is a much better sub than the RW-12. Am I correct on this?

rsw is better than the rw12, rw12s pretty much sub12, id search for a used sub you can find some great deals
