Are they factory Klipschorns

Recommended Posts

I recently aquired a pair. The tags have been removed, you could actually tell where they were on the back of the cabinets. The drivers and crossovers all Klipsch. Also have numbers stamped in the wood. The missing tags would confirm their authenticity for me. I'd appreciate some of the experts that could tell me other significant marks that might help me identify them as factory built K-horns. The front grills have a Klipsch decal also. I will try to get some pics soon, I'm sure you'd need them, as well as the driver model numbers. Thanks in advance

If you look at the tailboards you have SSN numbers stamped into the wood in the back of the speaker. You can figure out when they were made. If they have stamps they are authentic. I've had several heritage klipsch with no labels.

I need help inserting photos

When you reply to a post at the top click on the "Options" tab. Then click on the "Add/Update" button, from there search for the picture, doing it this way you will be able to post only one picture. After you found the picture make sure you scroll over and click the "Save" button, scroll all the way to the right in order to see it. After that just click the "Post" button and the picture should appear.

The easiest way to insert an image into a post is to use the attachment feature.

To use this, start a new post by replying to or creating a new thread.

At the top of the posting page are a set of tabs labeled "Compose", "Options", "Related", "Preview".

Click the "Options" tab.

Under "File Attachments”, click the "Add / Update" button.

A window will pop-up where you can choose to upload a file or provide a url to a file hosted on the web (must be on a web server).

You will want to upload a file from your personal computer. Use the browse button to search your computer's file system for the image* you want to upload. Click save** once you've selected the appropriate image (by scrolling to the far right side of the page to find the "Save" button.)
