Speaker problem

Hi, My name is Ryan Wilson and I ordered a Klipsch
ProMedia 2.1 THX Certified Computer Speaker System (Black)
last Friday and had it come in on Thursday. I set up the
speakers to the sub and into my computer and was very pleased with the
sound clarity, bass, everything about it. However Friday (yesterday) I
came home from work and noticed that there was no sound coming out of
the right speaker so i figured I would try a few things before asking.

1. Took out the plugs and reconnected them (checked for color-color matching) (check)

2. Looked at the sound on my computer to make sure the balance was 50/50 (check)

3. Last thing I tried was switching the left
speaker input cords with the right speaker input cords on the sub. When
doing this the left stopped working and the right speaker now works so I
presume there is a problem with the left input of the sub-woofer.

If you could give me insight on other things to try, or tell
me where I should be going from here I would greatly appreciate it.

Sincerely,

Ryan Wilson
