FranklinCawen
Hi, After running for 30 years and moving from Seattle to New York ten years ago, I find that in cold weather I often have terrible nasal problems after running outside--sneezy, runny nose. This can usually be avoided by stuffing cotton up my nostrils (ick!). Does anyone else have this problem? If so, how do you avoid it__________________________ mother of the bride dress mother of the groom dresses flower girl dress

Moderators dtel Posted April 12, 2011 Moderators Share Posted April 12, 2011 Nope don't have that problem, a cool front came through last night it's only 80 today. But we do have to watch out for heat stroke or dehydration most of the year, I would rather a runny nose.
