Wish You Were Here, Digital Remaster

Has anyone else purchased this album?

180 gram with the poster, post card and a voucher to download the tracks from PINKFLOYD.COM. Seems to be EMI manufactured by CAPITOL.?

I dont have another copy of it to compare to but wow does it sound good for a digital remaster. As Shine on was coming to it's end, Welcome to the machine was overlapping and I actually found myself looking around the room wondering what that noise was. Total first for me hearing that blending of the two songs.

I was listening at about 90db and I was seriously looking around thinking WTF is that...LOL. Once I figured it out I turned it up a wee tad more and enjoyed the machine in full. What an outstanding album for only 30.00.

I'm sure it would give a MOFI or Japaneese pressing a run for the money. I just cant get myself to spend 150.00 for them.

Now I need a copy of The Wall to match this quality. I can honestly say this is as good as my 30th DSTM.

Just wanted to share. :)

It's there on the 1992 CD too. Was just listening to it today at war volume while cleaning up the house. Great album. [Y]
