Hello Jeff !   Well, funny you popped in here, it has been an AGE since I posted as well, but too funny we would check in on the same day..   I ALWAYS keep 4 tabs going at all times for the Klipsch forums...

 

Now, will you make this dish and post photos for us to see ?

That's a lotta flowers:o..... Thanks for the video.... There's no way my grocery store has these... I'm deep in NorthCarolina.... Unless, like I said i'm just not looking..... I'm usually pretty observant as to the fresh produce section, Its always been my favorite part of any grocery store:emotion-21::D.... I usually stay there longer just to hang with the Fruit and Veg..:ph34r:

These Zucchini look delicious....

That's yellow squash, but zucchini would work the same. Sprinkled with parmesan cheese and some seasoning and baked in the oven at 400 or 425 or so til brown and tender. They were pretty good but I used a "fresh" shred instead of the kind with the green shaker which I think would've made it a little crunchier.

But you need the flowers ! Just coat

The flowers in flour...  beat some eggs , with pecorino Romano..

 

Make a lemon white wine reduction..

 

Add a pat or 2 .. Unsalted butter..

With capers or caper berries...

 

 

Or just eat them fried !

If you like Zucchini, you may like Eggplant also done the same way, I love the stuff.

Made me think, I will smoke some pig (loin)and chickens chest :othis evening, I didn't kill them but someone did, and it's a good thing, they make so much noise when you try to cook them otherwise.
