Coytee
Listening to this right now. http://www.amazon.com/Roger-Hodgson-Take-Long-Montreal/dp/B000UVV2DI Roger live, basically an unplugged type show (so far, not through it yet). Just wanted to say that although I would like a larger band involved to give some meat to the sound it's a good one. Primarily him on his little white piano with a background Sax guy. Couple others songs on the extras (one with an orchestra) So far, glad I got this one. Thought I'd share it to other Hodgson/Suptertramp fans. AnalogWave
Whenever I play their studio recordings I'm always amazed at the quality for their age. Some of the finest art to ever grace an album cover, too.
russ69
A nice diversion but it lacks meat as you said. Supertramp is dynamic and beefy, Roger is more of a castroto.
artto
Yeah ~ Supertramp. Crime of the Century used to be one those kick@$$ demo records. A number of years ago, one of my bands that played all original music, someone called on our hotline and left a message. "You guys suck. You're the worst band I've ever heard - since Supertramp". We took that as a compliment. [<)]
jbone
I saw Roger was in town this week. I bet it was a good show. It looks like he is on the casino circuit.
