I don't think I've seen speaker distortion figures more than once or twice in my life. I wonder what sort of numbers other good quality speakers produce? He said that he could only duplicate the published curve with the LaScala sitting on a stool facing backwards from the microphone. I belive there's a Dope From Hope that addressed his reaction. boom3 Posted June 27, 2012 Share Posted June 27, 2012 Vol.12 No. 1 of the Dope, Feb. 72, does not mention what model was involved, so it may have been the Stereophile review of the K-horn (although I somehow can't see Paul putting a K-horn on a stool, whicvh is why i always thought he was speaking of the Lascala) Has that review been been posted here?
