Rhetor
I have 2 iPods, 2nd gen Nano and an iPod classic. Want to hook them up to a couple of old receivers in different offices. I want to dock them so they charge when play while hooked up to the RCA jack in the backs of each receiver, and have a remote to control the iPods. The solution looks like to duplicate for each setup: one Apple universal dock With remote and thee Apple AV cable . . . Cost $100 plus tax, for each setup. I was wondering, is there a better third party solution?

Schu
Zu audio has upscale solutions... My Pioneer has an OEM wireless solution that I use on occasion.
ivanhurd
I would say any dock would work as long as it has a headphone output.
