This week, the walls will be treated.
Carpet will be placed on it, so then it is finished for 99% [:D]

So far, I have been watching lots of movies and my impression
on the soundsystem .... : ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!

Really. It was a great choice going for the Klipsch THX set.
I do however didn't had or listened to another set to compare it to but I have
no regrets about it. It's just perfect and if I had to start all over, I would go for
the THX set again without hesitation. :[D]

beatbrother: This morning was my first look at your thread. Regarding your entire basement, I must say that I am truly amazed by the cleanliness of your designs and the quality of your execution. Your basement must be enormous! What are your theater's dimensions? Thank you for taking the time to share your progess photos with us. I'm a D700-owner, too! (love it!) Nice work and the best of luck to you, sir! -Glenn

Great looking HT man! I'm not sure if you already mentioned it or if it should be assumed, but did you go with the matching Klipsch THX subs for this system or did you use something else?

Yes, I have the 2x KW-120 Subs.
It is the complete Klipsch THX 7.2 set
For extra punch I also have a buttkicker installed in every chair. [:D]

That's so awesome! A dedicated HT room is gonna be a requirement once the wife and I start looking for a place of our own. It's great seeing other peoples setups on the forum, it helps give me some ideas that I would like to do, when the time comes. So when it was all said and done, how long did it take to finish your theater?

What you mean ? How long the build of the HT took ?
Roughly about 3-4 months, but they haven't been working constantly.
I haven't done anything myself ... except taking pictures. [:P]

Hey guys,

Last week the carpet has been placed to the walls, so my HT is almost fully finished.
After it was finished I immediately have run the Anthem Room Corrrection Software with a mic for the 8 seating spots
on my receiver Anthem MRX-700.
Hereby an update with the latest pictures of the HT and the corrections. [:D]

The corrections :

Blue = Target
Green = Corrected

Phase = 0°

Boundary Gain Compansation = OFF

THX = OFF

LOWPASS CROSSOVER = 120 HZ

LEVEL = A bit more then half

Does it mean anything to someone ?

I have totally no idea what to do with the phase, the boundary compansation and the crossover.
