Heritage_Head
After putting 20+hrs on this projector I’m really impressed with how good it looks. I have no other projectors or screens to compare this with but wow it’s incredible. I was expecting it to be nice but it’s hard to explain the difference in this over an already big lcd 70”. I’ve watched a few movies that I have seen 5+ times and it’s like I have never seen them before. If you have the room and have been thinking about doing this it will be the single biggest upgrade you will ever do as far as the amount of wow factor it is. Moderators Youthman Posted August 12, 2012 Moderators Share Posted August 12, 2012 We told you that you would love the BIG screen. You have me wanting to scratch my entire false wall, redesign it and go with a larger AT Screen. LOL
Heritage_Head
I know you guys did but I think it’s something someone has to see before they really know what it’s like. [] How hard would it be to modify your wall to a bigger screen?
Moderators Youthman Posted August 12, 2012 Moderators Share Posted August 12, 2012 How hard would it be to modify your wall to a bigger screen? I don't believe I could modify the wall the way that it was built.

Heritage_Head
What if you built a frame that hooked on the front of the wall. Depending on where you get the screen from you can get it custom built to fit whatever you do.
Moderators Youthman Posted August 13, 2012 Moderators Share Posted August 13, 2012 Unfortunately, that would only give me maybe 6 more inches wide due to the doors of the false wall.

psg
NIce! I am about to build a plywood enclosure to box in the screen fixture to the joists, and will then finally install a drop ceiling flush with thatenclosure. Thinking of using the following for my drop ceiling: http://www.elegantceiling.com/ceilume_madison.html?brand=ceilume&style=Signature&tile=Madison&?edge=no&size=22&pic=madison
