Ceptorman Posted December 21, 2016 Share Posted December 21, 2016 Update.....Monserrate Shirley (Mark Leonard's girlfriend) just got the maximum sentence of 50 years for her part in the Richmond Hill explosion. Even though she testified for the prosecution against the Leonard brothers, the judge didn't think she should be eligible for a reduced sentence. FWIW, his half-brother and that woman are are still alive and serving their sentences. The woman will get out when she's about 60 probably. The half-brother will never be released with life+70.
