you look like a fake and smell like one. why would you ask how to do an exchange, the CAPS is really helpful also

so how about you take them back to the authorized dealer and replace them - pretty easy. oh ya because your are a fake - go jump off a cliff idiot

HAVE A NEW PAIR THAT HAVE ALREADY GONE OUT, PURCHASED NEW DIRECTLY FROM KLIPSCH. MAJOR CRACKLING IN RIGHT CHANNEL..

HOW'S THE WARRANTY.

Two-year warranty on our headphones. Please call us at 800-KLIPSCH. Also, you can turn off the caps lock button....and watch your language. I deleted your response, but if you do that again, you will not be allowed to post again.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT REDEEMING THE WARRANTY, CAN I DO IT ON THE WEBSITE, I ASUUME I'LL HAVE TO MAIL THEM BACK TO YOU. THESE PHONES STARTED FAILING RIGHT AFTER I GOT THEM , AND I ONLY USE THEM ON A COMPUTER, NOT A STEREO, THEY COST ME 200.00

You need to call us at 800-KLIPSCH to setup a replacement during normal business hours. Mon - Fri, 8AM - 5PM ET
