Minddoc
Just removed the woofers and both are stamped K24K. Is it possible they came from the factory like this??
moray james
why dont you find a pair of Forte woofers and used them much stronger motor better than an H3 woofer I have all three. Or for 75 bucks each just have them reconed with matching cones and dustcaps. A good rebuild shop will measure the drivers to make sure they match. Best regards Moray James. PrestonTom
If they are both marked K-24, then I would not worry about it. I am wary about substituting a "better" driver from a different model cabinet.
moray james
well I have access to the drivers so then what is there to worry about? anything I can change I can change back. Don't worry be happy like the song says. Best regards Moray James.
Minddoc
THanks for all the responses. Initially I thought it was a Heresy I driver (one is paper an the other seems coated). I was worried about matching sounds coming from each, etc. Anyway, once I knew they were both k24, and Heresy II drivers, regardless of color, I was happy.!! Again, thanks for everyones input....
