Sold: Does anyone need parts for a Klipsch 3002 (or 302)?

These items have now been sold

-----------------------------------

I have a pair of Klipsch 3002 cabinets that had the woofers removed (K-48s). Although the woofers are gone, there are still the HF drivers and horns, crossovers, handles, metal grills, input jacks/plate and metal badges. All parts worked before I dismantled them.

Why don't I put them in a box and send them to you (maybe not the grills since they are large). Although the cosmetics are not pristine, they are certainly presentable & cleanable.

The price is now lowered to $50 plus shipping.

Thanks,

-Tom

I checked my notes. The crossover is designed for a woofer that is 4-6 Ohm ( like the K-48) and the HF driver is 8 Ohm (it is a PSD?? made by Eminence). The crossover point was probably 800 Hz or a bit higher. It also provides some overload/clipping protection. I have the carpet covered cabinets also but the shipping costs would not make any sense (unless you are local, in which case they are yours)

These make GREAT STAGE MONITORS - I worked with a guy who has a truckload of them, he puts EV drivers in place of the lighter duty Eminence. I'd suggest maybe going that route and selling complete.

Hello Michael, That is a good thought, however I no longer have the woofers (K-48s). That is why I am selling the remaining pieces. At this point, another "project" is a non-starter. I still have a pair of of La Scalas (in need of some TLC) that I need to clear out of the den. That will be another thread....

Sheesh - I rebuilt two KP302 crossovers and replaced an HF voicecoil. Still waiting to flip the things.

Perhaps I should grab the spares and bundle them when I sell (or donate to my club.)

Can you estimate shipping to 02021?

Packing and Shipping is probably not worth the effort and cost. However, I could drive them up to near the Connecticut / MA border along I395. Would that make it more workable?
