Ki Choi
Just wondering if the LSII's top section can be removed like the Belles and KB model Khorns...? does anyone have exploded drawing of the LS II cabinet? Thanks, Ki
Daddy Dee
well, remembering a prototype LaScala II, it had a removable top hat. as it was built the top unit had something like little isolation feet that matched something like indentions on the top of the bass bin. It would fit nicely and snugly on top. don't know what got carried over to actual production models, but the prototype was pretty nifty in this way
Marvel
The LS II, as I remember it, has a separate cabinet (also ships as four boxes), with the rubber isolation feet between the two cabs. Bruce
vinced
I have a pair of La Scala IIs and the tweeter/squawker cabinet is separate and easily removable. The electrical connection between the top and bottom can be found on the top of the bass cabinet. Removal, and replacement, is a two person job because of this. Arash
LS II has a removable head. it has four rubbers between two cabinets. as you can see in this Jubscala, owner has removed the top section and installed 402 on top of bassbin:
