dimanata2007 Posted July 3, 2013 Author Share Posted July 3, 2013 got my sub today: that thing is huge! plenty of deep and heavy sound- watched "Jack the giant slayer" again and was amazed how much I was missing with small "no-name" sub... will do more detailed review and gonna post few pics as I promised earlier. So far I like everything except shiny cheap a..s looking logo and one more thing: there is no output /sound if power mode switched to AUTO (sub should turn on automatically if signal from amplifier is detected) . Everything works fine in power ON mode, but no sound in AUTO mode… Used SUB OUT to SUB IN connection, brand new Monster subwoofer cable and since everything works in power ON mode I'm blaming toggel Off/Auto/On switch. TasDom Posted July 4, 2013 Share Posted July 4, 2013 If that sub has left AND right RCA inputs, try using a Y splitter at the sub into both inputs. This can help wake up the sub when set to auto on. dimanata2007 Posted July 8, 2013 Author Share Posted July 8, 2013 I've contacted tech support and been told that my ON/AUTO/OFF switch or circuit is defective.... been offered to exchange it or reapair it. really want to replace it because repair might take up to 6 weeks... waiting for responce from seller.
