The I Nukes are nice amps for sub duty. They weight around 7 lbs for the NU 3000 and 11 or 12 lbs for the NU 6000. I had the Crown xls 2500 which also had a lot of power. It just did not have the DSP which the I Nukes have. The DSP give you a lot of control over the LF's.

I might have to build a pair of these :o

And sell them in 6 months  .

Seriously, you've had some really nice gear over the years. Kudos.

Ceca850 I see you got a Furman Elite 20-PFi I just picked one up also nice unit

I've had it several years. I like the progressive start up. It's nice when running multiple amps.

If I am thinking correct, the Harmony remotes also allow a delay start on the amps/avr and with cut off the amp/avr befor the other gear. Don't ask me how, the tech support helped me when I first purchased the remote.

Nope.

I was about this close to just getting them when those Khorns and belle came up on craigs... so that and new xo's took a bite out of the budget. Still not selling my JL, and now it is getting close to fishing season. Going to upgrade some electronics on the boat this year, so subs might have to wait until next winter. We'll see...
