NBPK402
I didn't realize the Industrial didn't go as far down as the consumer version. OOPS... I just looked up the specs and they are the same... For some reason I was thinking they went to 35hz. I know my Denon set my center to 40hz. CECAA850
If you had a Lascala that was flat to 35 Hz, you'd have something special.

NBPK402
If you had a Lascala that was flat to 35 Hz, you'd have something special. My center channel is mounted on its side and the Denon sets it to 40hz, while the other La Scalas are set to 60hz. The only other difference is the center is a Rodgers La Scala which has an identical crossover.
minermark
This a dead thread, Cl is is a dead horse but My 2 M amp 829B resides on top of right K-horn....Millen 829B: If you had a Lascala that was flat to 35 Hz, you'd have something special. When I think back to the early days, I remember begging my dad for equipment not much different form this. Amazing what we could do in those days with an AirCap and a few tubes........

ClaudeJ1
No changes needed. and you will get a better midrange sound and slightly thinner bass.

A 2.6 foot horn rolls off at over 100 Hz.. Below that, it's a direct radiator in a sealed enclosure feeding a small slot in a very tight corner. OO1
here is a thread about the specs of the k43 woofer - the rating is 400 watts power handling - 3 inch voice coil - yep the midrange is much better than a k33 - some say less bass - -https://community.klipsch.com/index.php?/topic/127390-k-43-specs/ Edited May 25, 2014 by Randyh
mdross1
One thing is for certain these LaScalla's with very little power sure beat on the chest cavity. Real anxious to hear the difference with subs that will get down into the range where the Lascalla's leave off.
