They are from 1980, walnut oil with ALK Universal networks and Crites CT-125 tweeters. They are as beautiful to look at as they sound. I acquired them from the family of the original owner who obviously took meticulous care of them. It is hard to find any flaws save for some light indentations on the tops and a veneer issue or two on the risers. They have the more "elegant" brown grills as well. I also have the original networks and K-77M tweeters that work flawlessly. I am asking $2000.00 which is "zactly" what I have into them. They are for local pick-up in Redding, California 96002 which is at the north end of the state. I don't mind doing some traveling for help with gas money and maybe lunch. If you come to my house, you can certainly audition them with my restored Fisher KX-200 tube amp. You may want to take it home as well? I am also willing to keep the stock networks and tweets and knock $200 off. I could also do some mix and matching if so desired. The veneer that was selected for them is top shelf and is a prime example of what’s desired in getting speakers with consecutive serial numbers.
