Who won, Mustangs or Bulldogs?

Hey Neil, it was the Mustangs! We are 7-3 on the season and in 2nd place in the county at present. My son scored 8 pts last night in a 36-34 barn burner win over the Bulldogs! Mine is #21 center of picture.

Looks like a foul on the defensive player.

Looks like your son might have just fouled a cheerleader!

Very nice pic!

Here's one my wife took when she went home in October (without me this year... no vacation yet with the new job). A couple of of the younger relatives...

One evening a couple weeks ago while in Palm Beach we walked out the back of the hotel onto the beach. There were birds going after the leftovers from a school of baby Jackfish (I was told) close to the shore. The guy in the white shirt and his son was using lures to catch them, he said they are no good to eat but they use them for cut bait later.

In the other pic as the waves broke close to the shore you could see the fish in the water. The last pic is some lady holding a fish the guy caught.

I was having a relaxing spa in my garden, and just above me I spied something in the corner of my eye, a bright and colourful bird having a feed on some palm tree flowers in my garden.

Got out of the spa, quickly got the SLR camera ready,  and over a 10 minute period I snapped a few nice photos

Camera is a Canon EOS70D with a 250mm lens

This bird is called a Lorikeet and we see then fly in flocks quite often, but they normaly don’t stop

They are nectar feeders
