The mountains in this region have become what Miami Beach was after Henry Flagler took the railroad there a century ago.

Seen several within my upcoming budget in that burg and nearby @Pinball_pw but not as many since the prices have almost doubled since Oct. when I started looking around up there online. I'll get in touch if we end up being close.

I think a lot of the vacation home prices up here have surged.  It is like people finally figured out that the area is beautiful.  Hopefully it doesn’t get overrun like so many other areas.

Yes the Outer Banks came to mind immediately when you said that. Was there several times before the late 70s when the excessive occursed time-share building started.

Hands... can tell a story. This was taken while riding in a small boat somewhere between Coron and Culion in the Philippines. One of my brother in laws...

My sons female chocolate lab (Beretta) had a litter about 4-5 months ago. This is a yellow female we kept (Kimber). We have a silver also, (Remington). The silver sometimes smiles, this was a screen shot of a video.

Monsoon ravages Chandler. Trees genuflect, shrubberies kneel before it’s power.  Elected officials (insert your puppet here) react slowly/poorly

Ever look down on a rainbow?  It sort of flattens out. From my porch, which is turning into one of my favorite places to be.

I like the Hawaiian shirts, the one with all the surfboards is my favorite.

I have about 6 which I rarely wear, just cheap ones collected over the years, I tend to like the colorfull ones. The last one was from a street fair on the island, drinks were involved, just liked the color's.

I am in Hiawassee, about an hour away.
