Seriously? You didn't know the subs were "delivered" for a week after the fact? $3000 worth of gear and you don't have email notifications or even bother to monitor the tracking?

Ys80 posted about the missing subs on AVS. The typical AVS response of fanboys is to takeup for the company. I think this stroy will eventually have an ending. It is not unusual for someone new to forums, buying things over the internet, off internet direct sites, Ebay or CL not to be well veresd in how to see a purchase thru from start to finish(delivery).

A lot of people who can afford exxpensive toys do so by having demanding careers. Monitoring things like tracking may not be a priority in the grand scheme of things.

For all those in support of the OP, none of you can't seriously say that after reading his "story", which the version here and the version at AVS are not the same, didn't think that this might be a scam?

And if it isn't a scam and the OP has a "demanding" career, one would think that he would also be smart enough to track his $3K. Or was it his GF's 3K, cause I'm confused. It was his CC but his GF "bought" them, or was it his GF's CC? Who knows?

In the end, it's up to the OP to pursue the issue, not SVS. SVS did their part, got a signed delivery notification. As far as they are concerned the subs were delivered. It's up to the OP to prove they weren't. That might suck, but that's the way it is.

All ya'll are liberals, right? :rolleyes:

I will chime in this once. Publicly bashing a well respected company(SVSound) with impeccable customer service is not the way to go about it. Now if he had bashed Fed Ex for their customer service reputation, that might be warranted.
