How often do you pull this out from the wall and clean behind it.

Every 20 years or so.

I have no idea how much all that oak weighs but it's probably 7 to 800 lbs (just a guess).  Every piece sits on 4 adjustable legs that have hard plastic heads. With the hard plastic on the hard bamboo, you can move the entire assembly with very little effort and it leaves no marks on the floor.  I put felt pads on the bottom of the Lascalas and they slide around with ease as well.  It's a lot different than it was with the carpet in there.

Before I use the self cleaning feature of the oven I get 2 fans and put in the windows of the kitchen.  One blowing in and one blowing out.  Next step is to take out all smoke detector batteries and then close all doors possible to isolate the kitchen from the rest of the house.

Liquor before beer -- in the clear.

Beer before liquor -- never been sicker.

that saying isn’t true for me ... back in the day, i would drink, smoke, take whatever was handed to me.  Part of me survived.

Reminds me of a guy that i knew ... he would take whatever drug was put in front of him; but, he wouldn’t eat a McDonalds hamburger because "they fry their burgers and that causes cancer."
