we were all a little Irish the other day.

kinda think we're all a little what it takes.... Happy Cinco de Mayo ya know what I mean?

I'm a lot Irish every day.  But that's just genealogy.  By birth I am a US citizen.

people than count are just showing off ... just like readers.

it's unfortunate that we use...

adjectives to define who we are...

instead of defining what we are or going to be...

we are all born with fault ...and nobody's perfect..

I'm most certainly not.....

I only try to be better...

true.  i believe self-examination is a full-time job.

I knew people who called what they did "self examination" on what seemed a full time basis?!?  Most rational minded folks called it something else - ?!?!

For anyone who has ever been to New Orleans and walked up on the levee, riverwalk by Jackson Square to see the river would be surprised.   The river is at peak right now, they have opened the spillway up river to drain off some water. On that riverwalk the water is about 3' from the top, to give you an idea if you walked off the levee toward the French Quarter you would walk down in elevation about 20' to street level, maby more.

This happens every year but is strange to think about, they river right now measures at 17', not sure where that measurement starts but it may be street level ? It's about right even if it's not what they do.
