Hi @JohnJ

search 3-D helicopter flying

I used to be active... Simple, little, easy to fly...  Got out for a couple reasons...

1] very expensive hobby. Even if you don't crash, they are maintenance intensive. Stuff wears out fast.

2] I got a "Sorry, wrong number" call from Raytheon. Truth

.... so

when I hear about modding things... I can relate.

Especially to the "tinker factor" many of us are given to.

it's getting a hold of me... Notice a couple posts back, "I'm trying to get my head around horn principles"..

 Willy thinking about building something.

Sorry, I can't remember his handle... but the sewer tile sub has some potential.

I didn't watch any of it either.....had drying paint to watch 😃

I was actually going to say the same thing.  I spent the weekend installing ac in my garage while my wife primed and painted so I actually DID watch paint dry and it was honestly more interesting than golf.

So watching golf in person would be like watching flies up close then.  He was very profound.

Well at least in person you're outdoors, probably with other people socailizing and you had to travel and make preparations. But seriously if you are down to watching golf on TV you need to get a hobby...hint.....  Listening to awesome Klipsch speakers comes to mind:)

Dumb question... [so what's new?]

When plastic is burning and melting, it makes a doo-weep sound when it drips.  How does that happen?

Do you normally hear that after you've been exposed to the fumes for a while?

=== we used to do that - hang good sized trash bags and light ‘em up. Called them “ screamin’ yellow zonkers”. Of course I was much younger and full of fun —
