Include a furnace?

Most units down here have an electric heat grid in the inside units.  Some are heat pumps.  We don't use them very often and yes, the heater was included.

It's only 16 @CECAA850 but accompanied by that furnace fan and how it runs a strong 16 easily and 17 more than likely according to formula he was putting in the laptop. Dead one was a 10 so the improvement should be noticeable coupled with mastic or tape repairs to the knocked loose duct under there. Can't get under there like I could when I was 18-35.

Should see an improvement on your utility bill for sure.

That will be nice Carl, electric bill has been up to $120 past three months with the heat already. Right now after an hour long thunder shower it's now 84 in here with 80%.... it sucks, the piano will have to be tuned again for sure with double the humidity it's supposed to be at. This Yahama was made down in TX forget where, but she says it keeps the tune well except for getting the soundboard damp.

What's the seer?

The SEER rating of a unit is the cooling output during a typical cooling-season divided by the total electric energy input during the same period. The higher the unit's SEER rating the more energy efficient it is. In the U.S., the SEER is the ratio of cooling in British thermal unit (BTU) to the energy consumed in watt-hours.  But that's not important right now....

Painted 4 362 speakers and hung the 2 side surrounds, the other 2 will be rears on some kind of stands, there about 70 pounds I think. It took 3 of us to get them up on the brackets which had 4 3” lag bolts and 2 200# drywall anchors in each bracket.

The grills were painted white also but they didn’t really show up in the pic.

Getting back to the critter topic I need your help writing a song for my house share partner who is terrified of roaches.  I've got to run out to a dentist appointment but hoping you can come up with a few lines by the time I get back.  Royalties will be shared.

I would like to base it on Hall & Oates "Maneater".  I'll start........

They only come out at night

Bugs that love to bite.......

We've seen them before

crossing the floor

the lean and hungry type.....

It doesn't matter

yell at them if you like

you're not going to break their heart.......

Watch out now he'll eat you up

he's a maneater......

Now if I was you

tell you what I'd do

I'd turn on the lights

keeping track of their flight

and carry one big big shoe.........

Smash em and bash em

do what you will

but you're never going to win the fight.

Look out girls he'll chew you up

He's a maneater.

I was thinking more along the lines of "six little ducks" only substitute roaches...
