Cables, Coffee, and Cocktails

let's see if I can figure out the photo processing in Linux. Unloaded my card into the machine. Seems to go into bulk storage. Then I need to choose which images I want to go into photos... I could look up the instructions, but if it's in computerese, it will be of no help. I'll just fumble around until I get where I want. That's how I learn.

Ribeye with shrooms, red wine, garlic and butter in the iron skillet plus broccoli on the side fed me yesterday and today. 

Tried the cookies with hot tea tonight, didn't want coffee again today.... not too sweet!!

Similar last night 

Strip over truffle oil and rosemary seasoned fries with a shallot and red wine sauce . Side shrimp cocktail and captains wafers subbed for veg 🤪

get rid of the brown stuff and use Ketchup and that’s a meal fit for a king.

Mine were thin like that also, perfect for the stove treatment. Have horseradish and ketchup, gotta get some steamed shrimp next time I go out probably towards the end of the week. Don't like steaming them at home it's kind of like roasting garlic!

 

@BigStewMan you did read what he made that "brown stuff" with?

yes i saw that. i’d be dipping bites of the steak in the cocktail sauce. oh yeah, i love ketchup & horseradish sauce mixed together.

I love also but would skip it with steak unless it needed to be covered with a different flavor as in last resort.

You should rally have a collection of all the different types, there are many, a real fan would. :lol:
