Well got back home last night, didn't have a chance to read much of the pages I missed yet. It was a good trip but once again they would not let me "borrow" anything out of the plant or lab, I told Kevin H to distract them but the employees know better so that did not work either. :angry2:

Talk about feeling the wrath of nature. This is my brothers garage.

Glad no one was hurt and it was not the main house, the weight of a tree that big will crush anything, they were lucky. :emotion-21:

Hey gang ...happy Tuesday. Had a dental Monday with a new dentist. Gonna get the offending sucker pulled after antibiotics.

The good news on he horizon is that we've decided to adopt a German Shepherd pup from a breeder here in Colorado in the next 10 days or so. We still miss our Baxter and know he can't be replaced, but we do need a pup in the house to love and care for. And ....it will certainly keep me on my toes.

Cheers.

That's great Chuck! I had a Shepherd many years ago and he was an awesome fella. Sadly, I lost mine at a young age due to hip dysphasia. Its a real common problem with this breed so be careful.

It's common with many of the big breeds.  My daughters Rottie had a hip replacement when he was almost a year old.  He's about 4 now and you could never tell by the way he moves.
