I chose over 50+ years ago to never let the weather tell me what to do or if i can go somewhere or not.

Good choice so far.

Now iv been in Reno with 3"to6" inches, that is ok, but nothing more.

I'll stick with my dry deserts and a little rain now and then.

That puny looking little truck is going to clear that much snow ? Obviously I am no snow expert but it looks a little light for that job..

I know that snow must be heavy and I would think it wouldn't be long before the tires would start spinning behind all that weight, but I have no clue about that stuff.

Next year could be bad....just sold acreage.  Anyone have any (serious) strategies to help me keep a little more of the proceeds?

That would be a Richard question, right in his wheelhouse I would imagine.

Sell property, buy property, that is what i did selling two hangers last year and buying one, have another two years to burn leftover moneys in property or i will be paying on that money.

Thinking about rental hanger(s), as long as the money is flipped from sell to buy, min/almost nothing in tax so far.
