Luv me some 'stachios. We went to New Mexico last year, stopped at a place and bought kilos. Seems that somewhere along the way when cleaning out the mom-mo-bile we dumped them. They wife always makes sure I have a bag of salted from Sam's around.

Have you tried the Salt and Peppered??

i haven’t boughten any pistachios recently so not sure the price these days; but, i was looking at some almonds the other day -- pretty much have to get a loan to buy them anymore.  Not sure of this; but, heard someone say that almonds require a heck of a lot of water to grow--maybe that is why they’re so expensive?

No i haven’t.  I do have a 60” Samsung that I’m very happy with.

My mom was complaining the other week about how her old 65 inch LG looks to small above the fireplace, that was as big as they had 9 or 10 years ago when she bought it new. I took her to Sams Club, they have 2 or 3 75 inchers in 4K and the one 82 incher. I don't think convincing her on a 75 will be hard, but I'm pushin for that 82 incher!   ;)

So the big river in S. America knocked on the door and I received a package.
Now I know that a few people on this forum know my real name and have my address so I can narrow it down a bit.
I have my suspicions but let's just say THANKS. I will have to drop my man card and read instructions!

edit: I just looked at this; there are NO scratches on my KHorns; must be reflections.

Getting ready for some sleepy time. Tomorrow is early range time, parallel parking practice for the boy and grilling some rib eyes for my new boss that arrived in town today. We shall see if he is a music fan.

Not an option Mark,

My moms fireplace is in the middle of a 25' high great room with huge floor to ceiling windows on each side. Shades would look awful and new electric shaded widows would be cost prohibitive. a 75 inch or 82 inch, either in 4K should fit nicely  ;)

I loved my 13" Sony Trinitron.  It even had a stand with wheels.

I've still got a CRT on my media stand in my master where I listen to tunes.  CRT's were great, they just needed to make them bigger.  A 60" version would probably require a forklift, but it'd be cool.
