K85Horn
I bought some original Klipschahorn copper badges for my 1985 K-horns and want to put them on second set of grills. Does anyone know the type of adhesive Klipsch used for this purpose? Thank you for any information! Greg
iRONic
I don't but is it really that critical? A drop of hot glue has served me just fine on my Heresy & La Scala.

Beware, those badges transfer heat really well! Guess I should have applied it to the cloth.

K85Horn
Gorilla Glue worked for me I went on their site and there are a few different types - which type did you use? I have a hot glue gun and have mixed results using it for various other tasks. I will also keep that as an option.
Sancho Panza
Looks like a 2 oz. multi-purpose type from Wal-mart... Keep the grille horizontal for a couple of hours after re-attaching.

I will look for that here in town - from reading about it, it will be useful to have around the house.

John Chi-town
You may want to also consider some 3M double sided tape. Best regards, John
CECAA850
Do NOT get the Gorrilla glue that swells. you'll ruin your grills. Read the fine print, one of their products (the original I believe) says to apply water to both surfaces and that the glue will swell to 3 times it's size. You don't want that. K85Horn
You may want to also consider some 3M double sided tape. Best regards, John I actually have some 3M tape that I was thinking of using - for a smooth surface, I am thinking it may be ok and on fabric, I am not sure if it will hold for a long time. The thing about the tape it is reversible.
John Chi-town
If applied to a clean surface holding almost no real weight, I would imagine that they should cling tite for a few decades.Best regards, John

Sancho Panza
3M tape is used by GM in lots of auto trim repairs.

Ironic how this 3M tape will be useful for me for my 1985 K-Horns!

bobdog
I like rubber cement. Holds the badges and is completely removable later.
