ZEUS121996
Sorry I cant copy and paste the link. 5.5s and 7 other Klipsch speakers for $200. Can someone tell me what the speakers are in the other picture? I talked to the guy and someone from Plainfield is checking them out. I'm second in line. Opus beats me to it AGAIN! CECAA850
2 of the pics look like the KG5's. The other looks like 2 center channels?
ZEUS121996
The pair upside down are 5.5s The guy said the others are 18 inches wide by 20 inches tall. Anybody? Not that it matters, I'm sure OPUS has them S.O.B. LOL
CECAA850
Those dimensions don't match the pic.
ZEUS121996
It will be interesting to see what they are if OPUS does buy them.

opusk2k9
I got them. They are KG 5.5, SS-1, SB 2, and a RC-3. The mystery speakers are Acoustic Image 6.5 speakers. They are the "white van" specials, so nothing good. The KG 5.5 had a little wear, nothing too bad. The rest were in great shape. My work buddy, the one that got me into Klipsch, will be using some of the speakers to setup a system for a relative.
billybob
Welcome to the KG5.5! Or, you already have had a pair. Nice score
opusk2k9
Actually, they were the first pair of Klipsch that I ever owned. I sold them to buy a KLF-30 package. The KG 5.5 are very nice with lots of base and lower bass extension than the KLF-30s.
billybob
Did not know that, thanks! I have a pair of the 5.5 in black. Thanks
beeker
That link is GONE already! Listing removed by author. You snooze, you lose. well i'll be. i was asleep but had no chance likely 4.5 hours away today. Im always too late. But it would had been my near last 200 so i dont feel so bad. Just awsome a forum member(no matter who it was )got them for once. So rarely you see alert then forum knows who, specially a sweet deal. Then again i only have 200 regardless anymore to buy anything ever. Seriously. That really sounds like a good figure to make a standard to live my life. Never ever spend over $200 for anything ever again Thank you to all in the thread for your help. At least i walked away with something
opusk2k9
The KLF-30s are spec'd at 36 Hz, the KG 5.5 are 34 Hz (the same as the KLF-20), the lowest is the KLF-10 at 32Hz (all +/- 3 dB). The KG 5.5 are also front ported, the KLF series are rear ported, so the KLF series needs room behind them.
