They put up a 2 car metal car port, screened it in, have a wall on one side with a bathroom/shower. It's set up nice wood stove, big screen tv, stereo , everything you would want. I can replace or make pretty much anything in a home but just don't have the knack to co-ordinate those aspects of a remodel or build.
