mustang guy
I don't know how to solder so recapping may be tricky for me. Here's a pic of one of the crossovers. crossover.jpg Some new caps: Some cleaning, sanding and some paint: It's not hard. Just take your time and enjoy bringing it back to life. Tip: take pictures before you take it all apart, so you will have a reference for putting it back together.
Ave Bona Cornwall
So I picked these up last Sunday (delayed on Saturday due to rain) and then had to promptly leave for a week. The guy selling them had them hooked up to an 8 track player and a control board like you'd see for a live band or at a recording studio. I have them home but haven't hooked them up yet. I am fairly certain the both squawkers and woofers work, but not sure on the tweeters. I'll have to disconnect the squawkers to test and maybe run an ohm meter on the tweeters. What should the tweeters read when I measure them with an ohm meter?
